Leigh-Anne holds a Business Marketing degree from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, and serves as the Vice President of Operations at Strategic Incentive Solutions. She oversees all aspects of client group event operations, ensuring seamless execution. With her extensive experience and expertise as a Meetings and Conference Planner, Leigh-Anne is known for her dynamic approach, attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Brad Bronenkamp
Vice President Rewards, Global Events & Industry Relations
Brad is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the event industry, currently serving as VP of Rewards, Global Events, and Industry Relations at Strategic Incentive Solutions, where he also consults. Previously, he was Senior Director of Global Events at a Software Company and also held leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch as Director of Corporate Events & Trade Shows and spent 13 years with SBC Communications (AT&T) in Corporate Security and Event Management.
Mr. Bronenkamp holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Central Missouri, is a Certified Meeting Manager (CMM), and a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership Development Program. He has been an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University and is an active member of Meeting Planners International (MPI) and the Society for Incentive Travel Executives (SITE).
